Catering to a select audience that would fall under a very elite category, the super-luxury sedan called the 2008 Rolls Royce Phantom is one of the most comfortable automobiles to travel in.
The car comes with a huge 6.8 liter V-12 engine that punches out an impressive 453 hp. This is also the lightest Rolls Royce around due to its aluminum space frame construction, but it still weighs around 5,500 pounds. Despite this, it can travel from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 5.7 seconds.
The 2008 Rolls Royce Phantom gets its painted body panels, onboard technology, and mechanical parts straight from BMW, Germany, but they are assembled in England at the Rolls factory.
The car breathes opulence, and ultra-luxury is perhaps the only way to describe it. All this comes for a price, and the price? Well, the price range starts at $300,000, and you can add optional like a limo look for around $63,000 more – the price of a Porsche.
